I have been running in it since it came out and it has held up well after putting many miles on it. This shoe makes my feet feel like they are home. And who doesn’t like to be home. The shoes’ mesh breathes well and gives you a nice airy felling. If you are a Nike lover and have had the Motto or any other upper end Nike shoe I think that you will love this one. I have the Nike Zoom Vomero 3 as well, and alternate between these two shoes. The one difference I have noticed between the Vomero 3 and Vomero 4, is that the Vomero 3 gives a more cushioned ride. THe Vomero 4 was named “Best Update” by Runner’s World magazine. I think that everyone should try to put some mile in this shoe. Nike has my vote.

Socks? can you run without them…Yes but why would you? I will have to say one of my favorite socks to wear is the bamboo and wool sock made from Feetures. This sock has great ache support and fills good, the cushioning in the sock is nice with out making it too bulky. If you haven’t tried this sock yet, you should. Look them up. I give the a full 10 toes.

Tights not just for dancers. I thought the first time that I wore these things that I might fill a little less like a man, but I love them. I usually only wear them in the winter, when the cold weather hits. I love the way they support and compress my legs. You’ll never run with out them again. You can get a wide verity of different makes and sizes. To me, CW-X is one of the best brands out there. I think with just about everything you get what you pay for. CW-X says “Extensive studies show that wearing CW-X tights results in 26% less energy expenditure than running in regular tights and 36% less energy than running in shorts. CW-X’s patented Support Web brings the hips, knees and ankles into proper alignment, reducing impact and load to the legs. The Support Web™ also provides a suspension system for the hamstrings and quadriceps, reducing workload in both the pull and push phase of the running motion. With more efficient strides, your muscles don’t have to work as hard over time and your legs will feel fresher. “ Give these ballerina things a try. Bryan Breeze

The Nike Zoom Vomero+ 4 Men’s Running Shoe is a great running shoe, I love the soft cushioning

[9034

post-4278","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-running1
["GET
